Contract Drafting and Review
Commercial contracts should be clear, enforceable, and structured for the transaction or relationship they govern. We assist with initial drafting, review of counterparty documents, and negotiation of terms, with attention to the Contracts Act 1950 and other applicable Malaysian legislation.
Contract Review and Due Diligence
Before executing any commercial agreement, a thorough review of the terms is advisable. We examine payment clauses, liability provisions, termination rights, intellectual property provisions, confidentiality obligations, and dispute resolution mechanisms to identify issues that may affect the client’s position.
Approach
